Martha y Ricardo

Some of you may remember their fun engagement pictures last year (here). Martha & Ricardo became Mr. and Mrs. last weekend in Pearland. Despite the torrential downpour and flickering lights moments before the ceremony, the weather managed to clear and the church building maintained power for the entire ceremony. And as a bonus, God blessed them with a beautiful rainbow to begin their married life together!

A few getting-ready details:

The Ceremony. I get so sappy when grooms tear up!

The Reception:
These two were the most athletic dancers I think I've ever had as a bride & groom! Very impressive!

Rings:

And I always love me a good piano shot:
Congratulations you guys! You can view your slideshow here:
Enjoy!

Tony & Valerie

Valerie & Tony were married last weekend on 6-7-08 (my 11 year anniversary!) on the lawn at the Hotel Galvez. I have been working with this sweet couple for about a year now (they booked early!) and have grown to adore them. They are such nice people and are the type that you know will be together 50 years from now.

On another note, I am so glad I can finally share some of Valerie's bridal pictures, because they were awesome!

This last one reminds me of something out of an Alfred Lord Tennyson poem:

Yankee Doodle LE Sessions!

Yankee Doodle Limited Edition sessions will be June 30th and July 1st! Sport some patriotic attire and come join in the fun! (Girls are free to borrow our red/white/blue pettiskirt!) Sessions are limited - call the studio to schedule your appointment.

Alan + Megan

This is Alan's second summer working for me doing archiving/photoshop work. Unfortunately, it may be his last as he's getting married (not unfortunate for him of course!) this summer and plans to live in Arkansas where he and his bride attend Harding University. Congratulations Alan & Megan!

Oh, and I am not going to be able to do their wedding photos, as they feel the need to get married in her hometown in Mississippi instead of here and for some odd reason they do not want to fly me out there! But I still wish them all the best! :)

Matt & Shawna

...were married this past weekend in Kemah. The morning Matt came in for the wedding consult I was a mess - I had Clara with me because I thought she had chicken pox & she was back & forth from the other room allowing the Easter Bunnies to escape! Matt was so patient and after all that they still had faith enough in me to book! Shawna and Matt were such a sweet couple and so much fun to spend a day with! Congratulations you guys!!

I had a hard time narrowing down the favorites for the Slideshow! (click to view)
