Thursday Cute Kid Update!

The top ten contestants have shifted places a little, but are still all the same top ten!  

Top 5 are 15, 49, 53, 55 and 79.  Next 5 are 6, 18, 20, 25 & 83!  These individuals alone have raised over $2000!!  Our grand total is currently $3739 raised for the American Cancer Society.  That is AWESOME!!  Keep Voting!!

Monday Cute Kid update!

You have one week to keep voting for all applicants in our Cute Kid contest.  We will then announce the top 5 & voting will continue for those 5 until the Relay For Life on May 1st!

We are so excited by the response we've had to our Cute Kid Contest and are happy to announce that we've currently raised $1788 for the American Cancer Society in votes!!

Let the Madness Begin!! Pearland's Cutest Kid Contest DETAILS!!

We at Laura Odom Photography are SO excited that we have had such an amazing response, and cannot wait to crown Pearland’s Cutest Kid! The proceeds from our contest go directly to the American Cancer Society, so all of your votes/donations are completely tax deductible! Our top 5 finalists will be announced on Monday, April 27th, and voting will continue online and in person until midnight at the Relay for Life of Pearland on Friday May 1st. Our Grand Prize winner will be announced May 2nd. The top 5 will each receive an 11x14 print of their cutest kid entry. We also have quite a large assortment of goodies from local businesses for our second and third place winner, and a bountiful gift for the Grand Prize winner. We are still working on finalizing the details for some of the prizes, but they are exciting, and we will include the final list with the announcement of the top 5 contestants on April 27th.

Included in this contest is a bonus reward program! You will earn free prints of your cute kid, by reaching the following goals:
Each 100 votes – Free 5x7 print
Each 250 votes – Free 8x10 print
Each 500 votes – Free 11x14 print
1000+ votes – Free 16x20 print

Steps to Vote for the Cutest Kid:

* Go to http://www.lauraodomphotography.com/ and click on “Client Proofing.”
If you have never viewed the client portion of our website before, it will ask you to create an account. You make your own using an email address and whatever password you choose to create.
* Once you are in the Client Proofing Section of the website, you will need to click on the folder called “Cute Kid Contest”
* You will see thumbnails of all the entries in the cute kid contest. To view them larger, just click on the thumbnail. There are FOUR pages! Don’t forget to hit NEXT at the bottom if you don’t see the child you’re looking for!
* Once you find the child (or children!) that you would like to vote for, click on that child.
* On the right hand side of the page you will see a box that says “Add Images to Cart”. Click the arrow on the drop-down box that says “Select picture size” and select “1 Vote”.
* If you wish to purchase more than one vote, put that number in the “Qty” box.
* Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
* When you are finished voting, click on “Check Out”. You can find this in the middle box, or on the top right hand corner of the screen.
* Under the Shipping Options box, click “I would like to pick up order” – this has nothing to do with your vote, you WILL NOT receive any images in the mail – this is just a glitch in our system because we are using our shopping cart to collect the votes and it thinks you are picking up pictures!
* Select your method of payment in the “Plan to Pay” box, Either Check or Credit Card, and click “Continue.”
* Make sure all your votes are listed, and then click “Place this Order.”
* If you are paying by check, please send your check made out to the “American Cancer Society” for your amount and mail it to the studio. Laura Odom Photography, 5001 Broadway, Suite B, Pearland, TX 77581.
* If you are paying by credit card, please click on the “Click here to pay” tab, enter your billing information and submit payment.
