It's official!

Today I signed a contract to lease out space for a studio! My new address will be 5001 W. Broadway, Suite B in Pearland (in the same building as Jim Mercer's Farmer's Insurance agency). I am so excited about this new expansion of my business, and have lots of great things in store! After some initial time of getting things in order, I will be scheduling a GRAND OPENING that you won't want to miss ~ lots of giveaways! Be sure to read the blog for updates on upcoming dates.

To all of my wonderful clients who have made this such an awesome year for me, I want to give a special note of thanks. Trusting me to capture the precious moments & expressions of your loved ones is something I consider a great honor. Many of you have referred your friends and family to me, and that makes me feel so good to know that you like my work enough to send me more business! And speaking of business - wow! What a year. Some big EXCITING changes are in the works right now. I am just dying to share... but the dotted line has not been officially signed yet... look for that news SOON! :) 2007 is sure to be a great year as well.

I will not be working Dec. 24th-27th, nor on Dec. 30th. Feel free to leave messages/emails during that time and I will answer them as soon as I get back. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!

until Christmas! Wow! November and December have just FLOWN by!. Guess I should start shopping. I've been so crazy busy with pictures, that I haven't had time for much else. Daddy's Cowgirl

This little girl didn't want much to do with taking pictures... but her tune changed a bit when she was able to play with Daddy's cowboy hat! I think we got some precious shots. You can just see how much love she has for her Daddy & I love that!!

One of the disadvantages of working from home is that sometimes your clients get to see the "down and dirty" of life with three children. This family got to see the chaotic reality of an evening with the Odoms. Yikes!!

Did we get it??

So, photographing a family of 6 can be quite the challenge, but believe it or not I really enjoyed taking pictures of this family. Their kids were polite and friendly & a lot of fun. The three year old? He was a very typical three year old - fun! =) Thanks, kids, for being patient with me and little brother and sitting through the hundred or so pictures I took! Mom and Dad - I hope we captured one you're happy with.
